How does the HypnoNidra™ Process work?
The first step, book and reserve your appointment date by scheduling with Melissa.
Next, On your scheduled date, you will call a number provided by Melissa (me), I will have some questions to ask to help discuss your session needs. Together we will talk for about 30 to 45 minutes about the issue, problem, concern, or reason for the session. I will then refine an intention, getting deeper into the pattern or cycle.
Then, it all begins with general relaxation, you rest comfortably in your home or office and listen in as Melissa guides you through the process. It lasts another 30 t0 45 minutes. The call is 90 minutes in total, including the consultation and session itself. When completed Melissa will give you some follow up instructions, tips, or guidance, and follow up with you via email for a few weeks to check in.
How to prepare for your HypnoNidra™ session:
- You may wish to have water beforehand and nearby, water is cleaning, clearing, and grounding.
- keep a notebook or journal for after the session in case you have any insights that came up for you
- Have a blanket and pillow…comfort is key in this experience, as the body relaxes it becomes more sensitive to the environment. Your temperature may slightly drop as you relax into a peaceful and comfortable state.
- An open mind and a willingness to let go……
