Seven Steps To Manifest Anything
Does this sound familiar? You know you want to manifest something, you believe it, you see it happening, you even feel the excitement, yet nothing happens.
You visualize your goal coming to life and still, it seems like you miss the signs and clues that others get, so you feel defeated.
Now, you feel frustration building, therefore you back off of visualization, and eventually, you stop talking about it, and tell yourself it wasn’t meant to be because trust and belief began to waver.
First of all, the universe is not giving you a sign against your goal.
Also, your manifestation is possible, yet the subconscious mind has control, hence you sometimes feel like you are fighting uphill battles.
You most likely will talk yourself out the possibility and block positive evidence from arriving. If only you could tweak a few simple things…. it could all be possible again.
There are many steps and formulas for manifestation and attracting your desires.
Let’s examine the steps to see where things are becoming blocked, and create a new experience going forward.
The Seven steps to Manifest:
Set Your Intention to manifest: people who get what they want in life know how to set powerful, clear, and specific intentions.
Are you clear with your intention?
Are you certain your manifestation is a real desire? Does it feel wishy-washy to you? An uncertain desire equates to an unmanifested dream.
Deciding what you want to manifest involves giving it detail and parameters, and especially keeping it simple.
Let’s pick an intention, now go write it down, place it somewhere you can actually see it hundreds of times throughout the day.
Focus: We are shiny object people constantly distracted and caught up by instant gratification mentality.
We focus one minute, then forget until there is a distraction. Rather than reeling our intention back in, we get lost to anything in front of our eyes.
It takes presence, focus, and determination to bring intentions into form. Moving energy from formless to form is about a constant motion of thought, feeling, and actions. As a result, we begin to witness a shift.
Body Integration: Presence…. are you in your body all the way?
Sounds like a ridiculous question, yet most people are in their heads and not present, hence, not getting good feedback from the universe.
They live in the past (fear of repeating a past trauma or event) or fear the future (not having enough resources, time, money) this almost always leads to a block or barrier to the desired goal.
Everything is delivered from the present moment, not the past… creating and manifesting begins with living in the NOW.
The physical body is a representation of the Earth element. Density and form are perfect examples of manifestation in previous thoughts or attitudes reflected back to us.
Belief: If you do not believe the manifestation can happen; it most likely will not occur.
You need to want it, make space for it, and know it’s possible on all levels of your being.
This is where most people get stuck because their subconscious minds are operating and sabotaging their efforts to attract their desires. Rather than questioning their thoughts and habits, they fall victim to them.

Attitude: Above all, this is everything.
When we want to manifest something, we focus on the desire, believe it’s happening, then we doubt ourselves. Next, we allow the inner critic and talk negatively about the possibility of it showing up.
This energy will override any positive effects the universe may be trying to deliver or get you to see.
This includes speaking negatively, listening to other people, and dismissing small signs and connections. If you want a million dollars and $500 shows up unexpectedly don’t say it’s not enough. Just say thanks universe!
The other $999,500 is likely on its way as you feel the excitement for the $500 you allow in and have the appreciation for!
Inspired Action: You cannot sit around and wait for your manifestation to arrive!
Follow the intuitive impulses you feel, the thoughts that pop into your mind, and the silly ideas you want to ignore!
These are examples of the universe working for you, encouraging you to take the next step. It will be revealed to you BUT you must be available for it.
Not listening or following through on intuitive feelings engages the subconscious mind and limiting beliefs. Consequently, this gives power to irrational fears rather than positive thoughts.
Finally, check in with step one again, make sure your intention is aligned with your manifestation.

Then focus all day every day on this intention without grasping, fear, or aggressiveness.
Check in with your body, make sure you are feeling connected and present!
