Q: How is the program delivered?
A: The program is prerecorded and delivered via email over five weeks. All materials are contained in Melissa's online portal.


Q: How long do I have access to the materials?
A: All lessons will be recorded and then added to our online portal, where you will continue to have access.


Q: Does my access to the content expire?
A: No, it does not expire.


Q: What equipment do I need to participate in the course?

A: A computer or phone and a journal with a writing utensil.

Q: What type of support do I receive in this program?
A: If you purchase the private mentoring option you will receive five phone calls with Melissa in addition to the course content.

Q: When does the program begin?

A: Each prerecorded lesson is about one hour.  The program content is released once a week on Mondays beginning December 9th.​​​
